Our upcoming events
Each month, in addition to our weekly classes, Mohalu offers workshops and events to deepen your practice. These activities are unique, with elements that may be non-traditional or focus on specific groups of yogis such as kids or military service veterans. And due to the nature of our events, they may only be offered once so be sure to register if you are interested!

POWER HEAT
Wednesdays, 6am
Light a fire in your mornings with this heated, advanced practice. This class is designed for the early birds looking to bring some fire to their day.
Tuesdays at 5:30pm | Thursdays at 7pm
Designed for those beginning a regular yoga practice, this class offers more specific instructions at a slower pace to support a strong foundation of yoga.
BEGINNERS YOGA
AQUA YOGA
Saturdays at 10:30am
An accessible yoga practice in an indoor pool that supports better balance, reduces inflammation and deeper asanas. Ability to swim is not required. Handicap accessible.
Thursdays at 10:30am
Flow gently into your weekend with this mid-morning class that incorporates breathwork with a slower, more mindful movement practice.
