It’s time to winter.

Join Lona for a restful weekend of yoga, mindfulness and communing on the Potomac River. Turn off your phone, leave the world outside and turn your gaze inward.

Description and Amenities:

Our home for the weekend is a beautiful house located in Harpers Ferry, WV. With views of the Potomac and situated on 11 acres, this is the perfect place to rest and retreat during the coldest time of the year. This winter retreat includes aqua yoga in a heated pool, chilly walks around the expansive property and plenty of time to commune – with our fellow yogis and ourselves. Outfitted with fire places, an indoor pool and lots of nooks and crannies where you can hide away, this is the perfect place to fill your cup. Morning and evening yoga, fire meditation and home cooked, vegetarian meals will fill our days with optional activities available. 
 Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol and encouraged to bring their own yoga props and mats.

Mindfulness Coaching with Lona from Mohalu Wellness: Interested in pursuing your goals with purpose? Book an introductory session with Lona to learn how incorporating mindfulness into your routine can support short-term and long-term goals while living fully in your current life. 30 minutes, $30. Available at select times during the retreat. Register online.

Room Choices

  • This room is our most economical and meant for sharing amongst four yogis. Includes a coffee station and shares a bathroom with the River Room and features a double vanity and shower/tub.

  • This room includes two queen beds, a sitting area with a couch, coffee table  and views of the river and mountains. The private bathroom with an extra-large soaking tub, two vanities, and a shower/tub combo. Want to add a person to your side of the room?   • This is the only private room on property and includes a queen-sized bed and private, balcony seating. River Room shares a bathroom with the Bunk Room and features a double vanity and shower/tub.   • The largest of the four rooms, this room includes a king and queen bed with panoramic views of the river and mountains. Ensuite, private bathroom with double rain showers, jacuzzi tub and scenic views. Choose between the King or Queen bed, single occupancy. Want to add a person to your side of the room? Refund Policy:

Mohalu Wellness reserves the right to cancel this event if minimum reservation numbers are not met by 25 December 2025. Refunds will be issued by Venmo or Zelle with 30 days of cancellation.

All cancellations made before 15 November 2025 will receive a full refund, minus all credit card processing fees (2.9%, $.30 per transaction). Refunds are not available after this date.
