Each month we honor the full moon through a sound healing and meditation practice designed to focus on our connection to the lunar cycle.

Sound healings support emotional, physical and mental well-being through sound and vibrations created with crystal bowls tuned to the frequency of each chakra. Sound healing reduces anxiety and blood pressure while promoting healthier sleep.

Attendees are encouraged to wear comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water for this restorative practice. $35 per person.

Samhain Fire Yoga

As the seasons shift and light begins to wane, we clear our path. Welcome the dark season with a Witches’ New Year celebration that includes a mindful, standing yoga practice combined with meditation around a fire. We will close out the night with a fire releasing ceremony and time to enjoy the dark evening.

Summer is winding down and we are celebrating the last remnants of what the season has to offer with a grown-up pool party! Our time at the pool includes a water yoga class, a potluck lunch and plenty of time to enjoy sunshine, swimming and our yoga community.

Pause & Play: An adult and child workshop

Join Jeannette for this special workshop built for adults and the children they love. Set in the German Street private garden, parents, grandparents, and even older siblings, along with children ages five and up, are invited to this yoga and art session.

There will be partner games, poses, and playful challenges along with time for quiet reflection, connection and observation in nature. Participants will also have a collaborative art project to take home.

The $40 registration fee is for one caregiver and one child.

Location: the garden behind Lost Dog (backup for rain - studio)

Flow with Pride: Free Yoga for Pride Month

Join us as we celebrate Pride!

The month of June is Pride Month, a chance to celebrate our LGBTQ+ community, highlight their contributions and support their access to civic rights.

This is a free yoga offering on the lawn of McMurran Hall immediately following the Shepherdstown Pride Parade. Come as you are, mats will be provided.

No registration required. Rain location will be the Mohalu Wellness studio on German St, just down the block from McMurran.

Our class will be held on the parade route directly after the parade at McMurran Hall.
