Things to know:
party rentals of any kind are not permitted.
rentals for events open to the general public are not permitted.
shoes are NOT permitted in the main studio space.
a limited number of folding chairs are available for use; no tables or other furniture are provided
studio accessories such as yoga props and mats are available for use at no additional charge.
an electric tea kettle, carafes and mugs are included in the rental price.
Highlights of Mohalu Wellness Terms of Agreement and Studio Policies
The renter must sign the studio policy agreement prior to booking and be present for the activity in the space. It is highly recommended that the renter contact Mohalu Wellness prior to purchasing studio time to ensure date/time are available and they understand the studio policies and terms of agreement.
Refunds and Transfers:
within two weeks (14 days) of event date, refunds are not permitted
More than two weeks prior to the event, partial refunds, rescheduling and transference of funds for other uses may be authorized at the discretion of Mohalu Wellness
Renters incur all liabilities and responsibilities for themselves and guests while on Mohalu Wellness property. Renters are strongly encouraged to have independent insurance for their event.
Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft incurred to Mohalu Wellness property while present and resulting from renter’s time at the studio,
