Breathwork Workshop: Accessing your own Inner Wisdom

Are you curious about breathwork beyond pranayama?

The type of breathwork that we will practice in this workshop is called conscious connected circular breathing. This type of breathwork can help with nervous system resetting, emotional release, stress reduction, increased vitality, increase in awareness, new insights, empowerment, self-discovery, and to help break-up physical tension stored in the body (chronic pain). It is also a beneficial somatic exercise.

The process can bring the practitioner to an inner journey and sometimes a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Breathwork is an ancient process for healing that continues to be used to this day by modern healers. Each person’s experience is unique and unfolds on its own.

Attendees will be encouraged to lay on the floor -- wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat are highly encouraged.
